Payment Method

All room rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. A $20.00 fee will be added for each additional guest, regardless of age.

We accept cash, travelers’ checks, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment or room guarantee. At the time the reservation is made 100% of your first night will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellations

We realize that life does happen and plans do change, but because we are a small boutique inn cancellations impact us greatly.

Due to the inn’s limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made by 4pm, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held financially responsible for your entire reservation and room tax. Groups of 5 or more rooms require a 30 day cancellation and will also be held financially responsible for the entire reservation and tax. An early departure fee of one night’s accommodation will be assessed for early departures. All changes or cancellations of a reservation must be made through the original booking process, such as a travel agent or via the internet.

All packages are nonrefundable and need to be billed to your credit card upon booking, as we are partnering with outside vendors.

Check-In

Check in is between 3 pm and 8:00 pm unless previously arranged. If you are arriving after 8 pm, please let us know prior to 7 pm the night of your stay so we can provide you with instructions for a self-check in.

Checkout

Check out is at 12 noon.

Due to the popularity of our area, we require a two-night minimum on all weekends from June through October. Some holiday weekends will require a 3 night minimum. Our weekends are considered Friday and Saturday.

The Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn provides a completely smoke free, pet free property.
